Over the past year, many residents have asked to review the reports I have independently prepared and formally submitted to the Town Council. Below is a listing of those reports, along with a brief summary of each.
These reports were prepared in my capacity as a Lake Hamilton resident using publicly available records, adopted budgets, agenda materials, maps, and state/federal documentation available at the time of submission. They reflect independent research and analysis and do not represent official Town publications or official Town positions. They are shared here for informational purposes only.

WHY I’M RUNNING
Lake Hamilton is at a crossroads. Growth pressure, rising budgets, water concerns, and environmental risk are shaping decisions that will affect this town for the next 30 years.
I do not oppose growth — I oppose rushed, poorly planned growth that ignores infrastructure, schools, and long-term impacts on residents.
I’m running because Lake Hamilton deserves leadership that reads the documents, understands the numbers, asks the hard questions, and puts residents first — every time.
I live here, raise my family here, and I'm running to protect the town we all call home.
WHAT I STAND FOR
Transparency
Clear information, straight answers, and budgets residents can actually understand.
Integrity
Decisions based on facts, not pressure or favors.
A REAL Voice for the Residents
Speaking up when something doesn’t add up and asking questions others avoid.
WHAT I’VE ALREADY DONE
• Raised fiscal and budget concerns backed by data
• Examined development proposals for infrastructure impact
• Investigated environmental and water-quality risks
• Asked the questions residents were asking at home — but not hearing publicly
• Stood up for transparency, even when it wasn’t popular
MY COMMITMENT TO YOU
I will always put residents first. Every vote. Every issue. Every time.
I will listen to residents — not just during elections, but year-round.
